RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Disclaimer: The User/Customer by creating an Account on the Website of Just for Wags (“Website”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for sale of products offered on the Website, including but not limited to the Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, Return Policy and any changes that maybe updated on the Website from time to time. Your visiting the Website will be deemed to be Your acceptance of all the policies/updates or any other information of whatsoever nature posted on the Website.

  1. Cancellation of Order before Dispatch by the Customer/User
  2. A) An Order placed by User /You (Customer) can be cancelled by You after You have placed an Order with any of the Seller on the website in the following manner, i.e. via sending email to ownersdp@justforwags.in . Please Note that order can only be cancelled before your package is “Handed over to the courier” company.

Further, Cancellation by You will be subject to following conditions:

  • Any cancellation by You shall only be affected before Your package has been “handed over to courier” company.
  • All eligible refunds against Cancellation of Orders by User before delivery of product to User will be subject to deduction of [3%] of the product Price already paid (Transaction value) as Banking and Transaction charges and balance would be processed to be refunded to User. User understands and agrees to such deduction by putting Cancellation request for any Order, before the order has been dispatched

Cancellation of Order by Just for Wags (“Company”)

The Company hereby informs User that User’s receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify the Company’s acceptance of User’s order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the Company’s offer to sell. The Company reserves the right at any time after receipt of User’s order to accept or decline User’s order for any reason. The Company further reserves the right any time after receipt of User’s order, after prior notice to User, to supply less than the quantity User ordered of any item. User’s order will be deemed accepted by the Company upon shipment of products or performance of services that User has ordered as indicated by the Company’s servers. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to User upon delivery to the common carrier. The Company may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

  1. B) The Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products in the following instances (the list below being an inclusive and not an exhaustive list):
  • Products being listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors.
  • The Company is not able to deliver these goods due to Force Majeure events such acts of God, epidemics, lightning strikes, earthquakes, floods, storms, explosions, fires and any natural disaster; decrees or restraints by governmental authorities, acts of war, acts of public enemies, terrorism, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, sabotage and revolution; and strikes, etc.
  1. C) The Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and User’s credit/ debit/ cash card charged. If User’s credit/ debit/ cash card has already been charged for the purchase and User’s order is cancelled, the Company shall immediately issue a credit to User’s credit/ debit/ cash card account for the amount of the charge.
  2. Cancellation of Order by the Seller

A Seller cannot cancel order of any products received in its Account on the Website except in the following circumstances:

  • The Seller does not have the stock of products required to meet the order placed by the Customer;
  • The Seller discontinued the production/manufacture of the products due to some statutory requirement or change in government policy or to meet the requirement of law of the land or for any reason whatsoever. However, in such circumstance, the Seller shall be required to duly inform the Company of occurrence of any such aforesaid event through a written notice within 2 days of such stoppage of production/manufacture of products (“Notice”).
  • The Seller shall update its Account with the information of such products being out of stock, due to stoppage of production or manufacture as soon as possible, not being later than 2 days of Notice to the Seller.
  • The Seller shall immediately issue a credit to User’s credit/ debit/ cash card account for the amount of the charge, in case the User’s credit/ debit/ cash card has already been charged for the purchase of the products.
  • The Seller shall indemnify the Company for any loss suffered directly or indirectly suffered by the Company due to such cancellation of order by the Seller.
  1. Return Policy

A.) All products purchased from the Website can be returned to the Seller within 5 (five) days only in the following circumstances:

  • if the product supplied by the Company is damaged, Not applicable for edible items or consumable open items.
  • the product received is different from the product that was ordered.

B.) Further, Returns by You will be subject to the following conditions:

  • The User shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
  • In the event if User, on removing the packaging of the product, finds the product is damaged and/or defective and/or is different from the Product that was ordered (Not applicable for edible items or consumable open items.), User shall immediately intimate the [Customer Care Centre]1 about such damage and/or defect and/ or difference and the Seller shall arrange for the replacement of the product or refund of price of the product along with shipping charges, if any, collected by the Seller in the unlikely event of the Seller being unable to replace the damaged and/or defective product. For any Refund or Exchange / Replacement of product the relevant provisions of Refund and Exchange shall apply as given here in.
  • In case of Cancellation (Return / Replacement) of order after delivery of the product to User, the Seller will arrange pick up of the product to be returned. User will assist and cooperate fully to return the product with its manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, freebies and packing materials or any other thing which were delivered to User along with the product being returned. At the time of pickup the User will be provided with acknowledgement of pick up by the Seller’s/Company’s Logistical Partner. User should retain the said acknowledgment and quote or product the same in all his/her future communications with the Seller in this regard.

  2. Refunds shall only be provided in following situations:
  • In case the Seller cannot provide replacement.
  • In-line with Buyer Protection, when a dispute has been ruled in your favour.
  • Not applicable for edible items or consumable open items.
  1. Seller allows Refunds on select categories under certain conditions.
  • Not applicable for edible items or consumable open items.
  • Not applicable if Original packaging has been removed i.e. including categories of products mentioned under Grooming, Toys , Health/Vitality, Utility & wearable on the website.
  1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Online Payment: All eligible refunds against returns will be subject to deduction of [3%] of the product Price already paid (Transaction value) as Banking and Transaction charges and balance would be processed to be refunded to You. User understands and agrees to such deduction by putting Cancellation request for any Order before delivery of product.
  • COD: All eligible refunds against COD returns will be subject to deduction of [3%] of the product Price already paid (i.e. Transaction value for COD payment collection). Also, all eligible refunds for COD transactions will be processed via account transfer in User’s name. Accountability to provide all necessary bank details required for the transaction lies with the user.
  • The User will be bound by the Return policy of the Company and shall not hold the Company liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to cancellation of the order.
  1. No Warranty for Freebies

Free gifts given with any of the product purchased from the Website will not be exchanged and/or covered under any kind of warranty.
It is expressly provided that if any products are not available with the Company for an exchange, the money shall be refunded to the User in accordance with the Refund Policy of the Company as set out herein.

  1. Defects in Products:

In case of any defect arising after delivery of the product or after usage of the product as the case may be, such defects will be serviced by the respective Seller brand in accordance with respective Seller’s warranty terms. Please see the respective Seller Policy on provision of Defects.

Delivery Details

We have partnered with courier service/s to deliver products to customers. All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 Working Days. Our delivery service partners work on all days of the week but we do not guarantee delivery on Sunday and on holidays (including national holidays).

Our delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver your order to you. Further to which the order will be returned back to us.

Sometimes, shipping/delivery might get delayed due to

  1. bad weather
  2. flight delays
  3. political disruptions
  4. other unforeseen circumstances

The company and the website will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Responsibility on post delivery

Once the user receives the ordered products, the user will be responsible for title and risk of loss for the ordered products.
